Dr. Ed Taylor started Bible Baptist Church in 1982 and faithfully served as Pastor for 32 years.  Pastor Taylor went back to college after receiving the call to the gospel ministry.  He was already a husband and father at this time.  He continued his education receiving a doctorate from Baptist International Seminary in 1992.  In 1994, at the age of 49, Pastor Taylor retired from his secular job and devoted himself to the church fully.  He is married to his wife of 50 years, Diane.  They have two daughters:  Shelley and Kimberly.  One of his favorite verses is Titus 2:13  "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ."
